ALL SKIN CARE (Body Butter, Scrubs, Cream etc.) CANNOT BE RETURNED/EXCHANGED DUE TO SANITARY REASONS.
Damages
We are not liable for damaged Items, as all products are hand inspected and securely packaged prior to shipping, therefore damages that occur would take place during transit which is out of our control.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Pictures and/or Videos and a clear explanation of issue is required.
** Please note that our body butters contain only oils, therefore will melt in warmer weather. If this occurs, please place jar in a cool area and allow it to re-solidify. Once re-solidified, use as normal. Please store body butters away from heat and direct sun. Melted butters are not considered a damage or tampered product.
** Please note that our body scrubs are oil based, prior to use please shake well. if scrub hardens slightly, remove cap and use as normal.
Lost/Stolen Packages
Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. All packages are tracked during shipping to ensure safe delivery and easy follow-up by the customer to the shipping carrier.
Please ensure you are providing the correct address during check-out. If your package gets returned to us, due to an incorrect address; the order will be refunded (minus the shipping cost & up to a 25% restocking fee) once it is physically back in our possession.
Refunds
** All Body Butters and Body Scrubs are final sale.
